  • Prior to shipping returns please contact us to let us know what the problem is, if the fault is due to our error we will cover full cost of shipping and exchange it for the the right one but you will need a return merchandise authorization email from us.

  • Cores must be received within 6 weeks in the original box for a full credit, shipping is at customers expense. All cores must be clean and drained to get a full credit.

  • All other returns must be returned in sealed boxes and may be subject to 35% Restocking fee. Special Catalogue orders are subject to 50% Restocking fees. Shipping costs are at the customers expense, must use DHL/ UPS Express. 

  • No returns on electronics or tuning, electronics and tuning sales are final.
  • We can not guarantee shipping times, if you like to upgrade to Express Shipping you may call and we can apply it to your bill.
