Markus has been great to work with and does excellent work. He immediately caught and fixed a dangerous error the Ford dealership caused and missed, which could very well have caused accident. He also did work on my exhaust/DEF system, and the truck has run perfectly since.
I called for a second opinion on a repair for my truck and he was an amazing resource to chat with, very knowledgeable, responded to my issue quickly, called me back, & even supported in an attempt to advise the other shop my truck was at for a better repair approach.
