2011-2021 Ford Powerstroke CAC Shift On The Fly Switch

2011-2021 6.7L Powerstroke

(3.0 Powerstroke uses same connector)

• Run you wires thru the Firewall being carful not to damage any existing wiring.
• Pull thru the harness but leaving enough harness to reach the desired location for your switch inside the truck.
• Locate your CAC tube (Cold Air Charge Tube)
• Carefully unplug the sensor electrical connector making sure not to damage it.
• Insert the wires from the SOTF switch harness into the supplied 2 Pin Cavity Connector supplied in the kit, polarity does not matter.
• Install the loom and plug the SOTF harness into the factory CAC Harness.
• Route and secure wires with Zip Ties making sure it will not interfere with moving parts.
• Locate a spot for your SOTF switch, make sure you have enough room to clear it behind the panel before drilling. Finish installing your switch and upload your SOTF tuning using your EZ Lynk application on your smart phone or tablet to utilize your SOTF switch.

2011-2016 6.7L Powerstroke CAC Connector Location

(It is NOT necessary to remove the CAC tube)

2017-2019 6.7L Powerstroke CAC Connector Location

CAC Sensor is located at the top of the charge tube near the throttle body.
